What About Lego For Christmas?

Lego is always very popular but has become even more so this year. It is a great toy for several reasons:

• It all fits together no matter what set you buy
• It keeps kids busy and their minds engaged creatively
• There are sets for all ages from 18 months to 17 +
• It is a quality toy that is unbreakable and it looks and feels attractive.

Maybe there are more reasons that Lego is a great toy but those are the ones that spring to my mind.

My kids loved Lego and to tell you the truth one of them still buys Lego, the Ultimate Collectors Sets (UCF) even though he is an adult now. One of the most recent in the UCF is Lego Starwars Death Star. It is enormous!! See it on the left.

Lego Star Wars has loads of different sets and there is sure to be one to suit your budget. The great thing is that you can add to the sets and over time build up an enormous collection of Lego.

We have all the Lego we bought for our kids and it is not being played with by the grandchildren. How many toys can you say that about?

So consider buying Lego for Christmas 2009. If Star Wars Lego  is not your child's cup of tea there is plenty more to choose from. You can buy larger Lego bricks for little kids, called Lego Duplex and various other fun sets for all age groups.
